| A volunteer is a person who knows how to play Speedball and can help in Spreading Speedball in his country and nearby countries, so that any person in the same country who needs assistance in starting to play Speedball can contact the suitable volunteer. |
| The volunteers may help FISB in organizing a world championship when it is organized in his country. |
